Our 4 days in Romania
While traveling with Insight Vacations, in the tour "Treasures of the Balkans", the first country out of the 9 included, is Romania.
We started in Bucharest, spending 2 days exploring the beautiful city. The Old Town is definitely a must, being the centre of restaurants, cafes, shops, churches and fancy old buildings.
We headed north to see Brasov to spend another couple of nights, admiring the lovely architecture of the colourful buildings. We also got to see Bran Castle (a.k.a. Dracula Castle). We also couldn't miss the beautiful Peles Castle, which we definitely recommend visiting.
