Pier Head

Located along the River Mersey, it's home to some naval memorials and landmark buildings in the city.

Tip: The best thing about visit Pier Head apart from being a perfect base to catch tourist buses is it's free! It's the site of the famous  Royal Liver Building,

The Cunard Building

and the Port of Liverpool Building

collectively known as the Three Graces. These iconic buildings define Liverpool's skyline.

Pier Head also serves as a nice place for an easy-pace walk or a stroll. Shopping centres and cafes are just nearby. You will also encounter the Titanic Memorial,

Museum of Liverpool

and the life size statues of The Beatles.

It's definitely a good place to unwind when you're on a tour or if you're deciding to take a break on visiting other parts of England.
